Engage – Member Communications

Communicating with your employee participants in FitLyfe 360 doesn’t require a separate system. All communications – both individual and group – can be accomplished within the platform.

You can pre-schedule communications, using rules, to promote wellness programs to the entire user group or specific populations. You can also send an individual email to a user if something specific needs addressing.

Member communications include email blasts, text blasts, and notifications.

Communications are also incorporated into the Coaching Center to enable private, real-time communications between coaches and their mentees.

You can also access some standard communications, like welcome letters, monthly points summaries, eligibility emails, or birthday and anniversary cards.
